A comprehensive National Education Policy for the year 2020 (NEP2020) has been proposed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India. The British Empire held complete control over Indian education before to independence. It should come as no surprise that educational schemes like Macaulay's were intended to create Babus, clerks and bureaucrats who would just serve the masters. After gaining independence, the community underwent a number of changes as new laws and reforms were put in place, but the intended results were not achieved. The "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SD)" was adopted by the Indian government in 2015, and since then, it has gained pace. The result of a protracted and comprehensive endeavor is NEP2020. An extensive planning guide is NEP2020.
